Reimagining What’s Possible After a Layoff

When we couldn’t find what we needed, we built it.
Laylio exists to bring greater humanity to the layoff experience—for individuals navigating the uncertainty of what’s next, and for organizations seeking to lead with care through times of change.
We believe a layoff doesn’t have to mark the end of your story. It can be the beginning of something more aligned, grounded, and courageous.
As a female-founded business, Laylio is shaped by our own experiences of job loss, career pivots, and personal reinvention. We’ve lived through the doubt, the disruption, and the invisible weight of starting over. But we’ve also seen the transformation that’s possible when people are met with compassion, structure, and support.
At Laylio, we hold space for individuals to reconnect with their values, rebuild with clarity, and move forward with renewed purpose. We also partner with forward-thinking employers to ensure offboarding is done with dignity, intention, and care.
Because how you offboard is how you lead.
Whether you’re navigating a transition yourself or guiding others through one, we invite you to explore how Laylio can support the journey.
